Help?!

So I have had 6 Gage tapers in my ears for a few months now but the wait has opened my ears wider than when they were first gaged, I want to put in 4 Gage single flares in but
I don't know if I should put tapers in first, would it be okay to skip 4 Gage
Tapers and jus put in the plugs?

Re: Help?!

Tapers are not meant to be worn as jewelry but I would try to use a 4g taper to see if your ears have actually opened up enough to accept the 4g plug cause if its not ready your deff don't want to be shoving a plug in and possibly damaging your ears

Re: Help?!

If the single-flare plugs have a rounded end it wouldn't hurt to try. Just don't force it. I've stretched without tapers a few times and it was actually easier. I did it with 2G and 1G and it just felt like I was putting in a slightly tighter pair of plugs.
