O-ring Irritating my lobes
I've been wearing steel single flare tunnels for a bit now and I've just now noticed the area where the o-rings on the back go my ear is a bit irritated. The tunnels have notches at the very end for the o-rings to go into that I try to wear them at so they arent against my ear. Any other suggestions that may resolve this?

Re: O-ring Irritating my lobes
Lots of people find nitrile o-rings [the black ones] irritating.
Switch to silicone ones, so thats usually most clear or brightly coloured ones.

I have never been a fan of the black rubber o rings I think they chap your ears , look kinda icky , and they trap in smell , I tend to wear jewelry that doesnt require o rings and my eras never smell ...I did make some clear o rings from oxygen tube and they work and look really nice , I still dont wear them close to my skin tho , the skin needs to breath lol ... good luck
