What size should I start at?

Hey! I'm new and I was wondering what size should I start at?
I have regular ear piercings (20g) since I was a baby.
I was thinking of starting at 14g, since my ears have been pierced and healed for so long?

No.. You should start at the size your lobes are at.
Maybe go to a piercing shop and try different sized jewelry until you get the right size.

your ears might've stretched a little already over time, especially if you've worn a lot of heavy jewelry. I would start out at a 16g.
