I am going to start stretching. I have a few questions.

I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post this but... I am going to start stretching. I have done a lot of research. I know not to skip sizes. that my ears won't necessarily go back to their original size. Unfortunately i got my ears pierced with a gun. That wont affect it too much right?
And no matter how much i try i can't convince my parents to let me. I'm not planning on going that big. my goal is the 6-4 range. should I stretch them anyways. Cuz i have been researching it for over a year. How can i convince my parents or should i just do it anyway and say tough luck down the road?

The gun thing really shouldn't be a problem tons of people have stretched their gun pierced lobes.

Unless your parents are complete hardasses, it's easy to persuade them to do something that your knowledgeable about and that you seriously want. Show them everything you know about it, show them that you really want to do it. Although it also depends on how young you are.
If all else fails. 6g-4g isn't that big.

When I got my ears pierced, it was pierced with the gun as well. But when I started stretching, it made no difference at all.

I only started stretching a couple of months ago, and I'm currently at a 4g, and I can tell you that 4g is still pretty small. It won't be that big of a deal, and from what I've gathered. It's generally agreed that anywhere from 0g, to sometimes 00g depending on the person, is the point of no return as far as your ears fully closing up.

With any luck I will begin stretching Monday, with or without my parents consent. My parents just see the bad not the good. they just don't understand.
