(owch) question on my new 5/8ths plugs!!!

so ive been stretchin my ears since 8th grade - im currently at 5/8ths as of two days ago. usually i wait to put in my bigger plugs/ tapers w.e but this time i was just too anxious to get em in so i lubed them all up with vaseline and shoved em in however in my left ear the skin is a little thinner onthe under side and it didnt slip in all the way so its kinda stuck hakf way at the bottom ------ but im terrified of the pain of taking it out and my bactine spray wont do justice to let me fix it..... But other than that their both fine im just not use to such throbbing pain how long will it last and how long i should wait before cleaning them??


Oh btw i was at 7/16 then what i thought were 5/8 from a friend i put in but im assuming they were 9/16 or w.e that random in between is so i didnt jump too quickly cuz ive had the other ones in for like 2 to 3 months

to be quite frank, you're not stretching properly.

there should never be throbbing pain. anything worse than a slight and temporary sting means you've stretched too early. honestly i would downsize to at least a 7/16 and give your ear a chance to heal for a month or so.

after you downsize, SSS once a day by either submerging your ear in a small cup or by cleaning gently with a q tip. start removing your jewelry to clean when you can touch your ears without soreness.
