Double Flare Assistance

so i know most people have problems with double flares and so far nothing has worked for me. I was able to get one pair of 2Gs in and now I am at 0G and can't get any in. Any advice would be welcomed .

Let your ears relax at 0g for a couple of weeks, pulling on them and tugging on them every so often.
Once they've loosened up enough you'll be able to put double flares in.

I just put in double flares without a problem, i put em in like in an angle but now i'm thinking how to take em out whenever I wanna clean em or go bigger hahaha.
