Heres everything after an inch...
1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2", 1 5/8", 1 3/4", 1 7/8", 2", etc....
normally after 5/8", theyre are only 1/8" jumps, after 1", 1/16" jumps are completely ignored.
go big or go home.

I thought i would add a more detailed size chart, from 18g through 3 inches.
The sizes boxed in red are the "rarely" used / in between sizes where-as the sizes boxed in blue are "less" used but used much more frequently than the red sizes.

I didn't bother boxing any sizes after 1 inch because you should be taping / slowly stretching after 1 inch. If you're stretching correctly you should be at every size after 1 inch, since your tape is only going to add a fraction of a mm per wrap.
