Cleaning tips

I'm getting pierced at 8g next week and i wanted to know any extra cleaning tips.
And also, something i've been worrying about i wont be home from 6am-8pm. so is there anything i could use to just clean quickly between that time? something portable?

H20cean or make your own bottle of sea salt spray.
