2g to 0g
Re: 2g to 0g
Its never a bad idea to go to 1g, or 7mm I believe, first.
Re: 2g to 0g
I already have both sets of tapers and plugs for 2g and 0g and i am scared!
It's seems like its twice as big
But everyone that I've talked to never made that much of a big deal about it.

If you have the tapers, you could always try, and if there's pain/resistance, you could stop and source some 1g tapers/plugs?

Go with what Gutter said. I found that to be an easy stretch even though most say it was their hardest. Doesn't hurt to try unless it literally starts to hurt

The sound of gun fire so loud and rapid, but it seems to be so quiet around me, and out of nowhere I feel peace cover me. I reach down and reload my ticket home. The taste of cold steel on my lips, and a second later silence fills the January air...

1G is definitely a good idea, or you could use tape to gradually move up. 2G-0G is really too big of a jump for most people.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

Re: 2g to 0g
It is, at least it's about twice as large of a stretch as 4g-2g is. So 1g is always a good idea, and teflon taping is the ideal way to go whether you stop at 1g or not. Lots and lots of waiting sure don't hurt either.alliZILLA wrote:It's seems like its twice as big

Re: 2g to 0g
Does regularly pulling on your lobes (gently...) help loosen them up at all or is that more the case with the bigger sizes?

Re: 2g to 0g
well i just stretched my ears to a 0g yesterday and i found that it has definately been the worse stretch i've had. i tried 2 weeks ago to put it in but it had sum resistance so i waited 2 weeks now i put them in but they still had a small bit of resistance but i have them in. They didn't hurt to bad the first 10 minutes they were in but after about a good 20 minutes after i had them in they began to burn like hell!!! idk if its supose to hurt when there in because its just a big jump or did i do something wrong?
i think a 1g would be best to go for to avoid this big painful stretch i just went through.

Re: 2g to 0g
sammy- there should never be pain when stretching. could be a very good idea to put in some 1g plugs for some months before going back up to 0g.
