Any tips guys??
I just got my new ear stretching spirals and they are the smallest that was sold. They are 3mm but iv never tried stretching before so is this still too big? Any tips guys??

yeah. i believe the first size is 1.2mm. if you go to 3mm immediately you risk tearing your lobes, which will totally fuck up your ears in the long run and make it harder to stretch to bigger sizes. look for smaller sizes someplace else.
