i posted a topic in the after care section and its got no replies and i really need ure help.

i got a very bad infection and my 3/4 ear completly closed up over night!

the title is " i HAD TO GO TO THE ER FOR MY PLUGS"

can u guys pleez scope it out, ill upload more pics with good quality. my lobe is swollen and it looks like there is bodily gell where my hole was but it looks like it is going to form into skin and close. idk what to do. 4 years of stretching for nothing and i gave away all my old sizes


I just want to figure out what to do before its too late. srry for your time guys! but pleez help a kid out. i need it

Why don't you go to a professionnal bodmode artist? We can't heal you up, you know... what you got seems pretty bad. If I was you I'll see a doctor.

TBH most doctors know nothing about body mods. If I were you I'd just do some sea salt soaks and leave them alone to let them heal. You could get antibiotics from a doctor but I wouldn't really listen to any advice they give you about it. Just be careful about leaving the jewelry out because the infection can get trapped under the skin if the hole closes up.

i already saw a doctor. thats why the title of the post was " went to er for my plugs " . er means emergency room.


my ear was purple and i got sick so at 3 am i had to go to the er. me ear had no circulation and was infected. it was so swollen. almost 3 times normal size. it was ridiculous

i was told to completely remove the plug. even tho i knew i should have dowsized to like 1/2 inch. but i decided to do it in the morning but by morning it completly closed up.

i am affraid the infection will get trapped inside my ear but the doc said to listen to him cause he knows his shit.

Dont let ur ears close with the infection trapped inside. Body modification is not a medical science so a doctor doesnt know jack shit about it. Go to a local shop and ask a body mod artist.
