HELP PLEASE
okay so i was stupid and stretched from nothing to an 8mm in the matter of three days and so now obviously my ear is swollen and red and sore to touch, but no blood- is it really neccessary for me to take it out or will i tbe okay if i just clean it with slt water and savlon? please help x

Yes, it's definitely necessary to downsize.
In future I'd recommend leaving at least 6 weeks to 2 months between sizes and not skipping sizes inbetween.
Stretching is not for the impatient.
