Currently at 0g, and I have metal tunnels and I have heard weight is good for stretched ears, so I put a wire through my tunnel and added a weight to the end of it.
Good idea or no?
Put weights through my tunnels?

Its fine to do, but listen to ur body. If ur ears feel to stressed use less wait. I used a little wait to help loosen my ears to stretch from 1/2" to 9/16". Don't wear weights all the time tho, preferrebly only for a few hours prior to a stretch, unless you want droopy lobes
Lobes=1/2"

although if you are going to wear weights, the tunnels are great because they distribute the weight more evenly. Instead of all the pressure at one point at the bottom of your ear. I think you can find a weight that is a not too heavy that you can wear a bit longer. Just pay attention to your ears and don't overdo it.

If you're already at a 0g and looking to go up, i would say skip tying weights to your tunnels and get some solid steen plugs, they weigh a good enough amount to speed it up. If you do go the weight rout though, as said before just dont leave them in for longer than an hour or so.
