I just stretched to 8g.
I have 10g double flared plugs and 8g silicone tunnels.
I cant get either in! I have been trying but even though im at an 8g now it still seems like the hole is to small.

Someone please help i dont want to leave these tapers in.

I hate double flares for this exact reason I have been at 4 ga since august and still cant get in 4 ga double flares .. and I would ditch the silicone for now and just go with a single or no flare plug

why dont you have a pair of 8g plugs?
wearing 10g, even if theyre double flared will make your ears shrink back down to a 10g bcz that's the size of the wearable area. you need to either downsize so you can wear plugs or just keep the tapers in while you go buy some bcz your 8g silicone are not gonna work on a fresh stretch.

Both double flares and silicone aren't meant for fresh stretches. You'll need a pair of single-flare/no-flare plugs in 8G in a material like glass, titanium, or steel if you're not allergic to nickel. It's possible that the flares on the 10G plugs are even bigger than 8G so you might not be able to wear them.
