Looks good, congrats! You don't see too many navels with rings but I like the way it looks; hopefully it won't cause any problems healing.
And you're definitely not fat! I'm on the curvier side to and I <3 my new navel piercing.

the guy who does them at the studio i always go to says he prefers CBRs because if its gonna swell it wont swallow the ends like a navel bar might.
It seems to be healing good. its stopped bleeding.
like the instant i saw it i fell in love with it, ive always wanted my navel done, since i was like 7, hurt like hell though. i forgot how much piercings hurt. my last one was almost a year ago XD
