Well i'm confused

so i waited 9 weeks to stretch from a 0g to 00g and thought yeh that should be long enough, but the day after i streched i found that my left lobe was bleeding a tiny bit not like a full on cut but like a graze almost. Putting this down to doing somthing in my sleep i went on to stretch my right lobe (on friday it's now sunday) and its still sore and tight as a nuns! what have i done wrong? this is the first time i've had any problems after a stretch any idea's / advice? ( im putting bepanthen antibacterial cream on the right one it has been my fix all for a while now it sorted my left lobe sweet.)

9 weeks isn't that long; it's normal if your lobes weren't quite ready to stretch. Also, some 00G jewelry is 9mm while some is 10mm; you probably got 10mm. If I were you I'd downsize to 0G, wait another 6-8 weeks, and find some 00G that's 9mm.

Do you reckon i should downsize both? because my left lobe is feeling better and is nice and loose now and feels "normal"
