2g to 0g help please??

I've been stretching my ears for around 7 months now. Taking it really slow at least 1 month per stretch if not longer. Had some issues with my right ear and it's at 4g just now, just taking my time with it. My Left ear is 2g and I've had no problems what so ever with it, not needed a taper or tape to size up once! Now I'm going to a 0g and with it being a 2mm jump I got a spiral to help me along with it. Just easing it round if I get resistance turning it back a bit and leaving it there for the day. Then taking the spiral out and puting the 2g plugs back in at night. I was had in hanging bone 4g earrings at the weekend and my right ear has flared up it sore and swollen. So I left in the 2g and been doing sss since then. It was fine until I tried the spiral yesterday and today it was bleeding.

Can anyone give me some advice please I really don't want a blow out and thought I was doing ok with my stretches

Thanks

Once your ears heal from the current bleeding. this may be the size where you want to start taping for the first time. you've already been smart and taking your time. continuing to go slow will pay off.

Try getting some 1G jewelry; it's pretty much a necessity as that size is way too small to be making a 2mm jump. Also, one month between sizes isn't really long enough, 6-8 weeks is the minimum that most people can wait without pain or difficulty.

My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

I think you're maybe going too fast to go to 0g, it took me almost 2 years to get to 0g :) 0g is a difficult size and if you don't want to tape, I'd suggest waiting for at least 6 months
Right ear: 0g, two 6gs on lobe; 2g on cartilage....
goal: 00 on lobe! perhaps a 0g on cartilage?

Left ear: 8g, two 14gs on lobe; 14g on cartilage
goal: 00 on lobe!
