I've noticed a small bump in my left lobe for around 6-8 months now. No problems with it, I figured it was one of my few small ear cysts. (Common problem, don't hurt, benign). I noticed it at 6g and I'm at around a 1g now. When I remove my jewelery I see a small bump in my fistula from that cyst getting close to the surface because of my stretching.
What should I do about this? So far I'm doing regular sea salt soaks, antibiotic cream, and a light oiling before reinserting my plugs. It's slightly tender on the in-ear side, but only with certain motions. Thanks!
