Yes just buy a 2mm Surgical Steel taper, and use plenty of lubricant when you put it in, then do sea salt soaks two times a day, then wait at least a month before moving up a size.

the plug is surgical steel. And i'm guessing what you said is right, so i've downsized right now, pretty pissed about having to downsize but its for the best so i don't mind.

I've stretched up to 6g with no problems, waited a far bit of time between stretching (2 months) and kept it very clean. But i stretched to 6g 2 days ago, and tonight, i took it out for cleaning and it started bleeding! it have never bled before, and it didn't hurt when i stretched it, so i don't ...
