I think it's pretty badass you're over 40 and want to stretch, i'd deffinatly go for it!

i recommend waiting around 2 months, you might be able to get away with a little bit less time. but even if nothing hurts and you can take them out for while, theres still stress being put on your ear.

it just took a little longer to heal than it should, it's all good and well though!

leaving your jewelery out?
so i stretched to 9/16ths on saturday around 3 o clock.
it's now going to be tuesday, and i have a 4 hour shift at work where i'm not allowed to have my plugs in.
will they shrink down? should i just cover them?
or maybe a few times go to the bathroom and put them in for a few minutes to keep em ...
