I've never slept with jewelry out because I've always been worried if my ears will shrink down rapidily. I've been 18mm for just over 3 weeks will they shrink if I sleep naked?

My goal size will be 20mm (13/16") and I've already found a good set of tribal plugs that I'll be getting when I reach my goal. However, there are a pair of 19mm (3/4") plugs from America which I also really like and I've been trying to find them for so long but it's annoying me that they're 1mm ...
