When I got my gauge in at a piercing place, the woman who put in my gauge said that twisting is a terrible idea and you are far better off moving them front to back once in a while after a few days of having the gauges in!

I have been very patient with my stretching but I am currently at a 2 gauge and I am getting impatient. I have only been using ear butter from adrenaline and massaging my ears on a regular basis as well as regular cleaning. Is there anything else I could be doing to help my ears stretch easier?

I will get a pic up soon! I am using acrylic jewellery... But I have never had a reaction before... The only time I had a bad reaction was when I was using wooden jewellery to stretch. I learned quickly that was a bad idea!
