i bought these two today how am i suppose to use them? i know that the vitamin E oil can be used to massage my ear lobes and the hole but what about the tea tree oil can i use it to clean my plugs and put into the hole itself?

So i stretched to a 10g 2 days ago and it didn't hurt at all just the tightness and whatnot. But my ear is bleeding still? took it out to clean it today and at least 4 Qtips had blood on them.. still doesn't hurt at all and my ear is not discolored or swollen... anyone got any idea what's going on ...
