I resently stretched with silicone tunnels and I was wondering if any one had any advice they could give me to prevent infection and I don't want to hear about how I'm a dumb ass for stretching with silicone because I don't care I just need some advice

I want to stretch from 5/8 to 3/4 but my lobes are a little thin and I was wondering how to thicken them up alittle before I stretch. I also would like to know what are some good methods for stretching
