Well, I live in Canada, not the coldest part of it but it still gets to minus 20 celsius in December and January (with humidity it can feel like it's minus 40!).
My ears aren't healed up so silicone isn't an option, do I run a risk wearing metal plugs in unhealed ears during the cold of winter? I ...

Re: 2g to 0g
Those sites all had fancy plugs for the 1g, I honestly won't wear them for more than 2 months.
Okay so I lied a bit in the OP. I actually tried too hard to push a 0g tapper in my 2g hole and a tear happened; a big POP noise that made my heart jump and yes, there was blood. Because of that stupid ...

2g to 0g
The gap is too big! I can't use the taper, it's too big and it hurts like a b****, which isn't good (and from the material I've read, not normal and I shouldn't continue). I went to my local Home Depot for some plumbing tape, like teflon, I didn't find any. And I called a few piercing places, none ...

The next to last one.
I got them in, I left the taper in for 2hrs and the plug slid in without much effort.

Please plug, go through!
Ok so I have a problem: stretching from 4g to 2g and the taper goes through easily enough, a bit of stinging, a bit of pain, nothing big. Except, when I do the recommended method of inserting a plug in (stick it agaisnt the taper and push) it doesnt go through. It's one of the tunnel plugs and what ...

Re: Sleeping with freshly stretched ears

Sleeping with freshly stretched ears
So now, I have conflicting sources of information.
I started stretching for the first time last week, every night I've removed my plugs to sleep and from there I've used my taper to refit them in in the morning after cleaning the hole with Spectro gel.
Now I've read somewhere that I shouldn't ...

Dumb question, single flares
So, my very first time stretching I got my kit I ordered in the mail today. My holes were already pretty big so the first two sizes didn't fit or had no "sensation" to them.
To the point! Single flares, o-rings, are to be placed front or back side of the ear? I currently have mine in the back (so ...
