alright, so i downsized to 5mm for now. i put the tapers in rather than plugs, as the lobes are pretty sore and it was easier to put tapers in to avoid any further stress / damaga when insterting plugs. i cleand them with antibacterial soap and spray, and lets hope they will heal fine. i think ...
