So I hit my ear on a rock and split it pretty bad. Its healed but a little thin will downsizing and e oil massages thicken it up even thought its pretty much scsar tissue?

So I had 1/2 in my ear about a year ago and had hit my left lobe on a rock and it caused the bottom of my ear to split I took them out let them heal and am currently back at 7/16 bit the bottom ofmy lobe is scared.
