so, after, like, 6 weeks of being in 2g i tried to stretch to 0g (yeah.. i know.. stupid, stupid thing to do.. i learned my lesson).

so after stretching up, my ears hurt. but i thought that was, like, the normal post-stretching sting. when i took it out to clean the next day, it was bleeding ...

ok. just bought a vit e stick. haha! thanks, Jayne, Chris for the replies!

they have something like that at walmart? didn't know that! haha! so when you get right down to it, really, vit e is still better than lotion?

instead of using vitamin E oil to massage your ears during stretching, is it alright to use lotion instead?

hmm.. if you say they'll be alright with the 6g, i'll just do the oil massaging. hehe. it's kind of a downer to downsize. hhaha!

hmm.. well, they're not sore, but there is a bit of discomfort if i tug the plug on my left ear. do i have to downsize or anything? or just the vit E oil will do?

i just stretched from 8g to a 6g, maybe a week now? and my left ear looks like it has a cat butt, and maybe my right ear, as well, but not as much as the left one.
