Yeah I figured out how to soak it and thats how I did it. I just wasnt sure if there was a different way. thanks for the other info aswell. I don't think I'll be able to get some metal or glass plugs for a while. Kinda broke.

So I put in my wooden plugs today. I would sometimes forget to take them out when I got into the shower and didn't realize I had them on till I wet my hair, but immediately took them out and dried them off the best I could when that happened.
