aw i was scared i'd have to downsize back to 00 lol im a lil nervous about pulling these puppies out. any tips on proper stretching for when i get back to here. Kuz ideally i want to get to 1/2.

Just Stretched from a 00 to 7/16
Hi,
3 Days ago i stretched up to 7/16 and initially had no swelling or pain outside of a mild discomfort from bumping into them. I woke up this morning and they've swelled up a good bit. Was wondering if this is normal and if there's any way to help the swelling?
