BRB looking though the board

New to stretching (sort of) and looking to keep going. I say sort of because I was already at a size 4 then lost one plug the day I left on a trip for work. Long story short had to start from 18g again. They stretched quickly but when I got to 6g again my right ear wasn't ready so now I am letting them sit at 10 for a bit.
