Well like the title says my left ear lobe wont fully heal; when i went to 8g it was a little swollen.
Its practically fully healed but it is still slightly thicker than my right one. And no matter what i do it wont go down.
Does any have advice on how to heal it up? Or faced similar problems. Any advice is appreciated.

How does it feel? Are you experiencing any pain?

Is it a possibility that your left ear lobe is just thicker than your other one naturally? What does the inside of it look like?

If it's swollen, you should downsize to take the pressure off your lobe. If you don't want to downsize, just try your hardest not to touch it, sleep on it, or move the jewelry around for any reason. Are you wearing tapers? If so that could be the problem too.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

Nope when i started to stretch my ears both were the same size. And the inside looks perfectly fine nothing bad.
