My size is 26mm not sure what that is in Gauges. My father pulled on one of them, I assume his way of being funny. But he actually tore my lobe. i left it in being stubborn but after 2 days took it out completely and let it heal on its own. It did not tear completely through but more on the back of the lobe. now that its healed i'm back at 18mm and the lobe looks deformed any tips on how to help this or surgery.

P.s don't want surgery willing to try any approach to fix it no matter how long it will take

Same thing happened to me, you cant fix it you need to get it reconstructed it wont split or anything it just looks gnarley, i know how you feel but its not a big deal, im going to get my 1 reconstructed partially by a body mod artist so it will be around 1/2'' still, i advise u take a similar approach. but i repeat it wont split or anything bad like that!
