Cyst near hole

Hey gang! So I wanna stretch at some point soon but I realized that I have a cyst rather close to one of the holes. It was there before but it wasn't as big. It is a pretty deep cyst, there is no white head or redness around it. Is it safe to stretch?

I don't know if it is or isn't, but I wouldn't do it.
The sound of gun fire so loud and rapid, but it seems to be so quiet around me, and out of nowhere I feel peace cover me. I reach down and reload my ticket home. The taste of cold steel on my lips, and a second later silence fills the January air...
