I was just curious to know which one is worse, stretching too fast like 14G to 12G, then 12G to a 10G, 10G to 8G waiting two-three weeks in between stretches.

Or just jumping from a 14G to an 8G?

You shouldn't do either of those, but I'd say skipping two sizes would be worse. Please keep in mind that you'd be increasing the size of the hole from 1.6mm to 3.2mm, doubling it in size! People don't think it matters at small sizes but you wouldn't skip from 8mm to 16mm, would you? Don't be in such a hurry; I promise your earlobes will still be there if you wait.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

It seems like you're wanting a suggestion on which wrong thing to do. The answer, like corazon says; You shouldn't do either.

Is it better if I push you off a tall building or hit you with my car?

When choosing between terrible things to do to yourself, one's no better than the other.

I think skipping sizes might be a little worse than going to fast, I think a rip or blow out might happen first with jumping to bigger sizes

I agree with Kayne, although neither is recommended.
Skipping sizes can cause damage fairly quickly (ie going from 14g to 6g in one shot), whereas I think going too fast causes damage more slowly but over an extended period of time (ie going from 14g to 6g by upsizing every second week).
Either way, both will end up with you fucking up your lobes.
