calendular cream and olive oil

I have used these for many things,and they have been fantastic,and have been the same with my ears too.

each time I take out my ear plugs,I put on a little calendular or olive oil when I put them back in,usually once in an evening.

this really helps my ears especially when they have just been stretched to a new size,or if I am preparing them to stretch for the next size.

Thank you for sharing these ideas as all I have been using is vitamin e oil and jojoba oil!
