I'm brand new to ear stretching, but I have done a considerable amount of research before I began stretching. I stretched to a 14g on Saturday, and my ears are very tender. I have been applying Holey Butt'r to them once a day, but today I noticed lymph coming out of both of my ears. What else should I use to clean them with? Should I use a sea salt soak, or a mild soap, or both? Also, How often should I clean them? Advice is much appreciated.

I would use a sea salt soak just don't over do it or you will end up with even more leakage.

lymph is normal, but you can also use anti-bacterial liquid hand soap to clean your ears with as well as sea salt soaks. Both may have a drying effect on your ears and reduce the lymph production. However, with the winter season approaching just be sure that you are not over cleaning your ears, it can cause dryness of the fistula and surrounding skin causing irritation.
It's not a revolution, it's a lifestyle.
