So i came across on this oil that is composed of "Grapeseed, Safflower, Avocado oil blend with jojoba, vitamin E and arnica".

Will the other ingredients besides the jojoba and Vitamin E potentially be a detriment to my ears, and if so should i pass on this and just stick with the basics?

Any oil do the trick, somes are better than other (like bio oil or jojoba oil), but you can use olive oil as well and it will do the same thing. My friend and my boyfriend uses olive oil and their lobes had thicken a lot. So I think your oil is perfectly ok.

I bought the "Stretch" oil from Onetribe. It's really cheap and a little goes a long way. It helps the tapers slide through your ears when stretching up a size and helps ears heal and thicken up after stretching.
