Ear Stretching Problems

When i started stretching my ears in highschool i was stupid and impatient so i stretched too fast and skipped sizes. I stretched up to 00 and had a couple blowouts on my right ear. I didn't want to downsize to heal because 00 was my goal size. After about a year i got this small bubble in my right earlobe and the inside of the hole would be tender. Then I finally decided to remove them and allow it to heal.

Its been a few years since i removed them and my right ear still has that bubble. The blowout doesn't look fully healed either.

Is it too late for my ear to heal because i waited so long to remove my gauges?
Is there a way to get rid of that bubble? i thought it would just go away on its own.

Thanks
