What would you do for an infection?

Are you 100% positive it's an infection? True infections are rare and most people don't actually have one when they think they do. If you really do have an infection, see a doctor ASAP for some antibiotics and don't take out your jewelry even if they tell you to. That can trap the infection and form an abscess.

Yes I was positive it was an infection so I went to the doctors and got antibiotics :)
