A couple days ago i stretched to 0g but then had to take them out cause they got really infected.
I left them out for a day then scabs were in my lobes.
So now there pretty much healed so i have to get them re pierced.

Will it be okay to pierce them again then Stretch them again?
or will this be bad for my ears?

Let me know.

It shouldn't be "bad" for your ears, just make sure that you take your time and do the correctly.

It's completely safe to do so unless you've ripped or something of that nature.
Listen to your body and take your time!

Happy Stretching my friend.

Are you sure they were infected? You might have just torn them which caused them to get really, really pissed off. True infections are pretty rare.
You should have just downsized drastically, like to an 8G or something; if they really were infected you could've trapped bacteria under the skin.
Treat your lobes like fresh piercings; do sea salt soaks on them and wait 4-6 months before trying to stretch again. When they're healed, oil massages can help break down any scar tissue that you've created.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!
