Crease in Ear from a rip. Is it safe to stretch again?

Hello, Names Skinnah and wanted 2 say thank god I found this forum I cant find a answer anywhere! But I recently have stretched my ear a little 2 fast! went from a inch to a inch and some, got super bad infected and went to the ER The diagnosed me with celliatius. after my Ear has healed ive noticed my Ear now has a Crease on the bottom part of the lobe as if its a line seperating the left from the right side of my ear. it is now completly healed and there is still thickness 2 the bottom part of my lobe and really want to get them stretched to where they were b4 they are now just a little bigger than a 00 and were a inch.....I want them back but the question is, Do you think its safe to go back to stretching them? they feel great just the crease is what im worried about, Here are some Pictures of my ear now! and adice would be great! the crease the width
