New to stretching !!

im about to stretch to a 14g and i need to buy some plugs but what kinda?? steel or glass does it matter? :geek:

glass and steel are both good, the things you want to stay away from are silicone and arcilic on fresh stretches, your also gonna want some tapers, dead stretching (just stickng in a bigger plug) is a bad idea.

THANKS for replying :D and how long before i can wear a acrylic plug and how long should i wait before another stretch??

No problem.
Before you stretch or before you wear acrylic jewelry your ears have to be healed, the standard is about 6-8 weeks i believe, but it all very relative , some people take longer some shorter. If you can get the taper though with little resistance or pain, your ready.
But even on healed ears acrylic is a preferred material, it isn't very good with ear cheese or stink but that isn't a huge problem at smaller gauges.

i just brought some 14g single flare steel plugs i wanted to buy some 14g tunnels but they said screw on i thought they was the fake ones or something could i have brought them??

yes you could have bought them. but if you do in the future make sure they are internally threaded, not externally threaded. the threading on the external could cut your ears.

cron
