Tea tree essential oil is very strong and can irritate your skin, never use it undiluted. Personally, the only time I would ever use tea tree oil is when I have a seriously irritated piercing, or a piercing bump, that saline soaks aren't helping. A few drops of tea tree oil in your saline often clears trouble up nicely, but it's not as gentle as saline so it's not the first thing you should try. So just stick it in the fridge for now and hope you never need it. Soap and water are all you need to clean plugs with.
As for the vitamin E, take out your jewelry (if you stretched over a month ago) and massage your piercings daily with a few drops of the oil. You can also use it when stretching and to insert jewelry.
