I think my ears are pierced a little bit low :?

Will I have some issues to get at 0g ? Will it be not centered when I reach that size ? It's 3mm at the moment

the placement is indeed a little low, but if you look at the amount of lobe you have you will easily reach 0g without any problems , and about it being centered, well your ear will be stretched so i don't think you'll have to worry about that, as you don't really have a center anymore then lol

I don't think you'll have any issues reaching 0G at all. It's a tiny bit low but not that bad. I wouldn't worry unless you were planning on going to 1"+ or something. And even then it'd be entirely possible.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

Thank you both for the anwsers. I've been thinking about how it would look when I reach 00g and I think that won't be that bad :)

Thank you both once again!

As long as you go really slow I don't think you'll have any probelm getting to 0g or bigger.
